We are currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to assist the Project Manager in planning, executing and finalising projects in accordance to strict deadlines and within budget. This will include coordinating with project teams and key stakeholders, producing project requirements documents, communicating with third party suppliers and providing daily/weekly updates on project progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Attending project kick off meetings, and then producing the required project requirements document, for sign off by the stakeholders
- Scheduling the timings of the project as well as a proposed start date
- Managing the project from start to finish
- Assistance with testing of changes and implementation of these into the live environment
- Produce daily and/or weekly project updates
- Maintain good working relationships with all areas of the business, based on project requirements
- Monitor all project documentation for completeness and for version control
- Co-ordinate schedules with team members and organise meetings as and when required
- Attend meetings and take minutes and action points
- Respond to queries from various sources in a timely manner regarding the project
- Collection and analysis of project data
- Oversee and keep a monitor on the contractual obligations and SLAs
- Act as a single point of contact for all assigned projects
- Maintaining and ensuring an effective and efficient office environment
- Ensure a thorough understanding of all elements of the Project Team to provide an effective and informed service to colleagues and customers
- Represent the Project Team at occasional meetings as requested by the Project Manager
- Provide handover to the Support Function following Project Closure
- Deputise for the Project Manager when required

- Basic Project Management Skills (project leadership, planning, initiation, execution and control)

- Knowledge of MS Office Suite incl MS Project and MS Vision
- Ability to host meetings and conference calls as required
