Financial Services Administrator / Report Writer required for successful and expanding financial services company
Working as an integral member of the paraplanning team, you will liaise with advisers and colleagues during the financial planning process to develop and create reports for the long term financial strategies for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- preparing written reports
- undertaking research on funds / products / wrappers
- attending client meetings with advisers
- updating / maintaining client files and back-office systems
- general office support / involvement in team projects / client seminars
Our Plymouth based client is a successful independently owned financial services business offering comprehensive financial planning services including pension planning, life assurance, income protection, investments and tax planning. Dedicated to exceptional client service standards, they are looking to support their existing team with a Report Writer to work closely with other team members in their friendly and inclusive office environment. As Financial Services Administrator / Report Writer, you will have some previous experience in / knowledge of financial services and have the following skills:
- excellent report writing skills
- ability to analyse statistics / interpret advice areas / challenge client recommendations
- ability to conduct research for providers / investments
- good understanding of compliance issues
- good time management skills / interpersonal and IT skills
Professional qualification (learning and examination) support will be provided. Hours are 9.00 to 5.00 with some flexibility possible.
