The Role 

As a Paralegal, you will be tasked with advising customers on plot sales and purchases. 

Joining the New Homes Team, you will: 

- Assist customers with a range of residential property matters 
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers 
- Conduct matters from initial quotation through to stamping and registration 
- Ensure that files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures 

About You 

To be considered for the role of Paralegal, you will need: 

- Experience of handling conveyancing matters 
- The willingness to develop your existing conveyancing knowledge 
- A positive and proactive attitude 
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, logical approach 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in-line with Lexcel compliance and file maintenance procedures, but this is by no means essential. 

Other companies may call this role a Conveyancing Paralegal, Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Administrator.

Our client is also interested in hearing from candidates who have held the title of Conveyancing Administrator, Residential Property Administrator, Legal Assistant or Legal Clerk. 

This role is available on a full or part time basis.
