My client's role is on the Property Division. A rewarding opportunity with the chance to develop and progress in this rapidly expanding company.

Key responsibilities include:

* Reading emails and responding appropriately
* Answering the phone and responding to client enquiries
* Dealing with enquiries
* Preparing training courses and packing for events
* Updating excel spreadsheets
* General events administration

Key skills and experience required:

* Have worked in an administrative role previously
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Used a CRM system for updating customer/ client information
* Comfortable working in a small team
* Organised, able to prioritise and well-presented
* Able to multitask and handle diverse tasks
* Good computer skills, MS Office
* Can handle confidential information
And most importantly having a great work ethic and passion to succeed

In return we offer:
• A Full time, permanent position
• Starting salary GBP16k - rising to potentially GBP18k after 3-month probation
• 35-hour week, 25 days paid holiday
• Some weekend work required, very occasional and time in lieu will be

You need to be able to get involved with any task given to you and prioritise your workload accordingly. No day is ever the same so you will need an upbeat attitude to get through some of the challenges you might face.
