Executive PA & Administrator

Part Time – 0.6 FTE (22.5 hrs/week)

Salary £18,500 - £20,000 pa (pro rata) depending on experience, 33 days A/L pro rata (inc. Bank Holidays) and Health Insurance Plan.

We are looking for an extremely organised and dedicated individual to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Joint Executive Leads, Core Services and the Board, as well as general duties to ensure the smooth running of the wider Staff Team. This is a vitally important role to ensure that the Joint Executive Leads and the Staff Team are able to fulfil their duties effectively and efficiently.

You will be fully committed to the Christian ethos, vision and mission of YMCA Exeter and passionate about demonstrating the love of Christ by using your skills to facilitate the delivery of effective social action. We are looking for an exceptional individual with the right combination of professional skills and personal qualities. You will be utterly trustworthy and dependable, have excellent organisational and communication abilities, have a very high standard of written English, be fully competent in MS Office, and have great people skills. Knowledge of HR administration and experience of minute-taking would be a distinct advantage.
