EXPERIENCED PHARMACEUTICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER / VTE SPECIALIST - ANTI COAGULATION - DEVON & CORNWALL We are currently recruiting for an experienced ABPI qualified pharmaceutical sales representative accustomed to dealing with healthcare professionals at all levels of the LHE, ideally living on patch in anticipation of our client's next ITC which will begin on 5th June. The company in question is an internationally renowned household name blue chip pharmaceutical company; known for their commitment to research and development in order to ensure a strong future pipeline of products, they are behind some of the prescription only market's best known drugs in key therapy areas and they currently have a vacancy available in the following geographical area: SR 4263 Devon & Cornwall In this interesting position you will specialise in promoting a prescription only medicine - a novel oral anti-coagulant - specifically in its VTE (venous thromboembolism) indication; this is an account management role requiring you to work across all levels of the health economy in order to maximize sales results and we are therefore looking for candidates who have sold to GPs, secondary care personnel and payors at CCG level previously (although not necessarily selling to them all now, or at the same time). On this occasion our client is specifically seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: - Currently (or very recently) employed as pharmaceutical sales rep selling prescription only brands within part of the geographical area in question - Live within close daily commuting distance of the territory - ideally on patch - Must have experience of selling to healthcare professionals within primary and secondary care settings, as well as payors - Must be ABPI qualified - Hold a full UK driving license (with 6 points or fewer); please note we cannot accept applications from individuals with a prior driving ban - Eligible to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis - Available to start work on 5th June when the ITC begins.
