Account Manager - Exeter based (close to Central Station - Exeter) Make a difference as an Account Manager and join one of the fastest growing software & technology ethical start up's in the UK (Based in Exeter, Devon) They are growing and building on our success in the UK and currently working in the US, Australia and looking into Europe & South American. The account manager will work as part of our account management team to contribute to our delivery of services, product updating of client and ensuring the best experience within our platform and being the sales link between the sales team and getting clients up & running. They are one of the UK's hottest start-ups who helps our clients use technology to support their clients. Our ideal candidate will be able to be: - Self-Starter who can promote the product mostly via phone - Able to lead / sell and support the product delivery and use in clients business. - Understand clients demands and challenges of maintaining excellent relationships with clients and customers. - A flexible work approach as we have clients in the US & Australia (so outside working hours) - Learn and understand our software for our clients - Integrate with all teams within the department to keep us in our market leading position Essential Skills: - Solid Word & Excel skills - Ability to lead, solution sell and deal with objections from clients - Very comfortable on the phone - and enabling change in client's business. - Able to lead clients in their use and learning & understand of a new product - Strong telephone skills - Organised and process oriented - Team player - Understanding relationships and managing these.
