Our casual arrangements are very flexible and can fit around your life. We are looking for people with a wide range of availability and have shifts available in the days, nights, evenings and weekends. As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible – helping with personal care, supporting someone to rustle up some breakfast, do the weekly shop or visit a local café. Sense also supports people to take part in some of our amazing arts and wellbeing activities – from dance to music making, swimming to rock climbing. Being a Sense Support Worker can be the springboard to your future career - and to all sorts of opportunities and management roles. For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9). A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is an essential requirement for this role.
