The ideal Compliance Administrator will have a systematic approach to their work with an eye for detail. Both confident and competent in IT, the successful Compliance Administrator will thrive when solving problems for others. OVERVIEW; The role of Compliance Administrator will be to help partners and practice management to ensure all staff in the Firm comply with the regulations for its quality accreditations - LEXCEL, CQS and SRA. The Compliance Administrator joining this well respected firm will de dealing with matters such as; preparing data, monitoring and reviewing files, analysing client feedback data, answering queries and training staff in compliance activities including the IT and implementing changes led by practice management. As the Compliance Administrator you will report directly to the partners and practice manager. This is an important, challenging role for a Compliance Administrator with drive and innovation.
