Please read below to find out more Job purpose: To provide a high level PA support to the Centre Director and HR administration support to the HR Advisor. The post will provide day-to-day administrative support within the HR department and will be responsible for the administration and smooth running of the Centre Director's department. Your new role - Providing PA support to the Centre Director: - Assisting with the drafting and preparation of correspondence on behalf of the Centre Director - Organising Centre Meetings and Joint Venture Management Board Meetings: collating the agenda, circulating papers electronically/hard copy, organising logistics, taking minutes and maintaining records - Supporting the Centre Director by taking a lead in the planning, preparation and operation of events: e.g. visits, conferences and parties - Organising and maintaining the Centre Director's work diary, scheduling appointments and meetings where necessary - Dealing with travel arrangements for the Centre Director where required - Performing general clerical duties such as (but not limited to) managing expenses, credit card reconciliation, filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying - Providing professional administrative support to other members of the Centre Director's team on an ad hoc basis - Providing comprehensive support to the HR team and HR Advisors - Managing all HR Records, absence, annual leave - Preparing and Issuing Contracts of Employment - Producing general correspondence, reports and data as needed Skills required - MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook - Highly confidential and discreet, comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential information - Organised, efficient, able to manage own busy workload with conflicting priorities - Attentive to detail, methodical, with excellent numerical skills - High level of communication skills both written and verbal - Confident, with the ability to communicate on all levels Benefits - Attractive office and site - Excellent pension scheme - Cycle to work scheme - 25 days holiday Bank holidays Working Hours: 8.30am to 5pm 37.5 hours a week.
