A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Pastry Chef to join an inspiring,vibrant team within this luxury hotel and 2 AA rosetted restaurant on the East Cornwall/Devon Border, situated in a stunning rural setting. Our Client, an outstanding Hotel and winner of various awards,are recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join their modern British kitchen, and cook to 2/3 AA Rosette standard. Lead by an award winning Head Chef. Here is an opportunity to refine your cooking skills in the pastry section in an outstanding setting. The successful Pastry Chef, will have had exposure to working within a 1-3 Rosette background for at least 2 years, this is an opportunity to make your mark with their innovative menu of the best seasonal and local produce. You will : - Will ideally have a Rosette background, as stated above - Will have experience in the Pastry section, making creative, innovative desserts, pastries and breads for all seasons - Will ideally have experience working in a kitchen for a similar establishment Offering an excellent salary package which includes £1.5k( up to per annum in tips) with live in very affordable accommodation- this is a fantastic opportunity for the right Pastry Chef to move up to the next level and be part of a team looking to achieve a Michelin Star.
