School Administrator (Term Times)
The Company: We are recruiting for an Administrator for a temporary position which has the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Working within a school environment the role is term time only (40 weeks per annum) Job Responsibilities: - Providing clerical and administrative support - Reception duties including telephone and personal enquiries - Photocopying, filing, typing letters and dealing with correspondence - Setting up student files and maintaining pupil records - Update and deal with policy reviews - Assist with the purchasing of curriculum materials - Due to the location, ideally candidates will have their own transport Preferred Skills - Experience of administration work, preferably within a school setting - Good numeracy and literacy skills - Ability to use Microsoft Office software including Outlook - Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually Benefits - Term time only (40 weeks). - Temp - perm for the right person Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm 7 hours daily and 35 hours per week Call Gill today to find out more To apply, or to find out more information, please click on one of the "apply" buttons Please note that due to a high level of applications, we can only respond immediately to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position.
