Lead Architect, C# .Net - Day to day: - Responsibility for architecture of the system and it's design to meet the business needs and requirements - Establishing development priorities, managing the platform change pipeline and communicating progress to all stakeholders - Ensuring a clear and accurate view of system constraints, and building mitigation's against them when designing solutions - Ensuring that the Development strategy, architecture, and delivery design are aligned - Managing the performance of the development team, ensuring that they receive all necessary training and development required to fulfil their job roles. Lead Architect, C# .Net - Skills, Knowledge & Experience - Extensive experience gained in Architect roles working within SaaS / Web based systems - Demonstrable experience of leading large development teams across multiple locations - Proven track record of managing .NET/C# development teams. - Experience with waterfall development methodologies - Robust knowledge and experience of implementing agile frameworks would be advantageous - A broad technical background with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle - Experience of performance management processes within development functions - Experience of leading virtual teams in a matrix style environment - A proven ability to communicate vision, drive execution and work seamlessly with both technical and business teams - A good knowledge of application technologies and development tooling - A working knowledge of release management processes - Educated to degree level - Excellent customer-centric vision and people leadership skills Please feel free to call me for more information if the 'apply now' button feels like a black hole, you can reach me on Lead Architect, C# .Net Lead Architect, C# .Net, Leading Teams of 10, Development Operations, Client Facing
