The 2nd Line Support Engineer will operate as part of a commercially focused support team who specialise in the provision of IT support to small, medium and enterprise sized businesses throughout the UK. The Role of 2nd Line Support Engineer Being part of a close-knit team you will be responsible for remote 2nd Line Support and consultancy to a variety of businesses encompassing the design and deployment of new cloud based products and services through to general server & network administration. Acting as an escalation point for the 1st Line Engineers' the 2nd Line team are great trouble-shooters who work to strict SLA's by prioritising their workload and using their excellent customer service skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
