Part II Architectural Assistant
A very highly regarded practice has set up a new regional office in Exeter and is requiring a Part II Architectural Assistant to join them. This is the chance to join a company of 40 strong and to be a focal point in their new RIBA Chartered Regional office. You will find yourself working on and delivering buildings that are highly serviced and often very challenging. As the Part II Architectural Assistant, you will be assisting the Associate Director of the office and seeing projects through from start through to completion. The current project workloads range`s from Sports & Leisure, Commercial and Utility Works with the value of projects starting at £100,000 up to £20million. - Full Training & Mentoring Package - Full-time role - Study leave - full supportive package available - Salary in line with the RIBA Salary Guidelines On offer is the chance to work in a new regional office for a very highly regarded architectural practice. The Role: Part II Architectural Assistant - Carry out 3D visualizations and concept sketches - Study of existing and proposed buildings - Prepare and develop surveys, plans, specifications, drawings, images, models in relation to design - Management of small/medium sized projects under Senior / Director supervision - Carry out and maintain log sheets The Candidate: Part II Architectural Assistant - Live within a 1-hour commute of Exeter - Any previous experience of Sports & Leisure, Commercial and Utility works projects would be desirable - Working knowledge of Revit would be preferable although training can be given - Ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines - Good working knowledge of CAD systems - Flexible attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills Please contact Curtis Hunter at RGB Recruitment on [Phone number removed] / [Email address removed] for more details.
