Our client is currently looking to a Knowledge Management Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract located in the Exeter area. The successful candidate will come from a Knowledge & Information, Training or Technical Author background with the ability to support a team during the implementation of Office 365. Within the role you will be responsible for sharing knowledge of the Office365 toolset, informing users of the implications surrounding information management and advising on best working practice throughout the transition, therefore experience and knowledge of the Office365 toolset is essential. Experience of the following will be essential for the position: The ability to develop groups and their understanding of the tools capabilities and the benefits the tool will provide for them moving forward. Floor walking and assisting with troubleshooting during the early roll-out phase. Delivering and providing training sessions on Knowledge & Information best practice when using Office 365. Understanding of statutory and regulatory obligations such as data protection, information security, intellectual property and public records. Preference will be given to candidates who have a qualification in Information Management or Records Management however this is not essential.
