Are you a customer service hero, adept at fact finding and understanding customer needs in order to supply them with the product or solution that best fits their needs, if so, this is the role for you. 

Our client works with a high-end product and delivers 5 star customer service. They are now looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will seek to provide the highest levels of service and advice, helping and guiding customers towards products and services and ensuring an amazing experience with the company. 

You will need to be an innovative problem solver to succeed and will be proactive and forward-thinking in your resolutions. 

Primarily working via telephone, you will respond to inbound calls, convert enquiries into sales and resolve any customer service issues. 

Interested? If so, you will need: 

- Face-to-face or telephone-based customer service experience 
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A* - C, including Maths and English 

Always prepared, unflappable and service-focused, as a Customer Service Advisor, you will possess great communication skills, a professional attitude and the flexibility to meet any challenge. 

Contact Centre experience would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of booking or customer service IT systems. A background in sales would also be advantageous. 

Our client provides customer service seven days a week and their opening hours are Monday - Saturday 09.00 - 20.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 18.00.
