With over 20 years??? experience in delivering apprenticeships and upskilling programmes across the South West, our client partners with top local employers to kick-start careers and ensure business success. They are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to be an ultimate organiser for building high performing teams and efficient processes.

The successful candidate will work with teams to ensure that the day-to-day business objectives are achieved, and will lead, develop and coach your team to deliver operational excellence. They will also be responsible for the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment to maintain excellent results across all sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities:
??? Ensure that company targets and business objectives are met
??? Implement innovative approaches and solutions that remove barriers to success
??? Manage financial budgets and performance across the delivery sectors
??? Be responsible and model excellent for staff behaviour, skill, knowledge and attitude, and manage under-performance
??? Work with the quality improvement/assurance teams to ensure all aspects of the learner journey contributes to timely success
??? Analyse business data and make positive recommendations to improve performance

Candidate Requirements:
??? Successful track record of leading and achievement of high performance in the work-based learning sector
??? Highly developed organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
??? Highly effective delivery of business objectives
??? Excellent people management skills
??? Effective and confident influencer in decision making
??? Full clean driving licence and own vehicle
??? Proven experience of audit and inspection
??? Undertake an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Scheme (DBS) check

??? Salary: IRO ??37,500 ??? ??42,500
??? 30 days annual leave, rising to 33 after 1 year (including bank holidays)

You will generally be required to work 39.5 hours each week (Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-5pm), but longer hours may be required on occasion to meet project deadlines or to cover emergencies.
