IT Operations Manager (fixed term contract - 14 months, maternity cover) Bespoke, Software, commercial environment, C# .NET Exeter, up to £50,000 benefits package Reporting directly to the MD you will be working closely to review and re-define the business strategy of Software Solved. Ideally you will have worked in a software house environment but will definitely be able to demonstrate a technical background. Having worked at the forefront of a commercial environment you will be leading a senior management team focussed on software delivery (build and test), professional services, R&D and ICT. You will be customer facing and dealing with anything from contractual enquires and commercial offers through to resolving escalations. Organisation is key so you will have Project Management experience and demonstrate the ability to quickly build a rapport with employees, customers and suppliers. You will be experienced in budgeting, forecasting and revenue tracking. This role is ideal for a leader with the perfect blend of technical knowledge and people skills who is results focused and gets objectives achieved. As a dynamic, clear and flexible thinker you will have the ability to understand and communicate complex commercial and technical situations to your team, and empower them to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
