Our current Sous Chef is sadly leaving us to return to Bulgaria. We will miss her but, maybe, we could be really looking forward to meeting you. That is, if you are a competent chef, used to working with fresh food and looking for a new challenge. Our Head Chef is talented, encouraging and demanding. He leads the kitchen to prepare food that uses the best of local ingredients, is packed with flavour and that is all prepared freshly in house every day. We will help you develop your skills but you should be confident and friendly with a mature approach to work, happy to communicate with customers and colleagues and able to work under pressure. We aspire to work as a high performing team and make sure we support and encourage all members of staff and,in particular, set out to take care of new team members. We believe we are offering a great opportunity to join and shape an evolving business. The hours of work are as follows: Wednesday 15:00 to 22:00 Thursday 15:00 to 22:00 Friday 15:00 to 22:30 Saturday 10:00 to 10:30 Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 We are offering a salary of up to £25000.
