This is a new role working for an exciting organisation. You will be providing team planning, scheduling and coordination of the property maintenance activities. Communicating and acting as the interface between the customers and the maintenance team. Maintaining the job systems database, organising materials and equipment required and liaising with the Supervisor to ensure all correct labour is used. You will previous experience in planning and scheduling jobs on the database. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and superb communication skills. Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
