Senior Account Manager with experience in data and digital marketing is required for a solutions business in Exeter. Reporting to the Client Services Director, the key purpose of this role is to proactively own, manage and develop a group of Client Accounts, focussing on the success of the overall relationship, positive outcomes and results for Clients as well as collaboration and growth. Applicants should have strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to discuss Account Strategy, commercial status, and key propositions with Clients whilst working closely with the operational and delivery teams across the business. The Senior Account Manager will proactively drive the development of proposals incorporating the recommendation of a range of data and digital capabilities and solutions. You will have the ability to interpret complex briefs, making effective commercial and pricing decisions, whilst managing client expectations and overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services. You will have full ownership of Contractual and commercial relationships with existing clients and will monitor SLAs and adherence to contractual terms of agreement by contracting parties. You will also be fully responsible for commercial forecasting as well as identifying and progressing the pipeline of new opportunities for existing Accounts. You will have experience in pitching, generating proposals and presentations for new or expanding opportunities with existing Client Accounts. As Senior Account Manager you will be heavily focused on Strategic Account planning, management and development including, the creation and development of Strategic Account Plans for Key Accounts.
