We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced care manager to take the next step in their career We have an opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Manager to take on a Team Manager role for a new supported living service. You will oversee the service and a small staff team, delivering support to service users with learning disabilities. You will have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities at Deputy or Management level. You will have a solid understanding of CQC and what needs to be achieved in order for a service to be fully compliant. You will also need an NVQ 3 Health and Social Care, or ideally a Level 4 qualification. Close supervision, mentoring and training from the Manager will be provided in addition to peer support.
