If so, read on… You will be someone that notices opportunities, makes contact with future clients and gains the opportunity to quote for work. Following this up with updating the system and liaising with the sales admin team to ensure that follow up material is sent out. You will also be contacting clients that you have not heard from in a while with the aim to win them back Whilst this is not a major part of your role, you will also be able to get out and meeting new and current clients at exhibitions, allowing you to make and flourish new and existing relationships. Not many companies offer the bonus being guaranteed in the probation period, but this company does Your ongoing targets and expected activity are very realistic. You will have a personal sales target and your bonus is paid on a performance basis. There will be a lot to learn and the company are looking for someone who will embrace this and take responsibility for ensuring they are always up to date with the product portfolio and industry standards. Experienced telesales and qualifying leads Demonstrate the ability to manage internal/external relationships and projects Must be a ‘real’ team player as this role will see you working closely with other departments Sees things through to completion Meet targets and deadlines Well-developed interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills Excellent levels of customer service via the telephone Proficient in I.T. - databases, Outlook, Word, Excel Construction industry knowledge (not essential).
