Do you want a role in a local charity where you can truly have a positive impact on the organisation at a strategic level?

We are looking to recruit an experienced senior professional to lead and manage the Finance and Resources Department including finance, IT and facilities. As part of the Senior Management Team you will provide sound professional advice to the Chief Executive and trustees on business strategy that ensures the long-term financial viability of the Charity.

You should be a highly experienced and financially qualified senior manager, with a proven track record in delivering beyond a financial remit, particularly in the management of IT, and facilities management. As a qualified accountant, and of graduate calibre, experience in the charitable sector would be desirable, but more important is your understanding of our ethos, values and  priorities.

St Luke’s is a well-established and highly respected registered local charity. It provides specialist palliative and end of life care to more than 3,000 patients each year from across Plymouth, South West Devon and East Cornwall. St Luke’s has been recognised as a national exemplar for its integrated service approach to the provision of care.

St Luke’s employs over 300 staff and is supported by several hundred volunteers each year. St Luke’s care services are provided at no charge to patients and the doors are open to all in need of end-of-life support.

If you feel that you have the necessary skills, experience, values and ethos to take on this exciting opportunity, and would like to be part of an Organisation providing care and support to so many people in Plymouth and the surrounding area we look forward to receiving your application.
