Our client, a multinational Automotive innovator, has just made available a contract opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Drive Train Team.

The project will involve designing a multitude of components for an all-terrain vehicle. To support and facilitate a smooth process, our client is looking for a candidate with the following specific experience:

Key Responsibilities of the Drive Train Design Engineer

- Key role in the design, development, integration and validation of automotive projects.
- Reporting directly to the engineering supervisor, the successful candidate will need to be a clear and concise communicator.
- Begin partnering with and providing technical guidance within and between teams.
- UnigraphicsNX experience required with 3-5 years of rotating components and sheet metal design experience.

Qualifications and Experience required for the Drive Train Design Engineer


- Experience of driveline/engine development, design, installation & validation, as well as sheet metal component design.
- Ability to self-direct but also work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Proven mechanical engineering competence, either in the Automotive Sector, or the design of similar products where the skills are applicable to Powertrain design.


- Advanced degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum
- Available to start within 2 weeks
