Cloud IT Support Analyst (Azure)
Our client is looking for 2nd IT Support Analyst to work on a busy helpdesk. This is a client facing role and will be working as part of a team on of their software applictaions. The role will support the product via on premise, cloud or co-located/managed platforms. The role is also responsible for supporting more junior and less experienced technical support and will involve working with the application development team developing the product. There is a helpdesk team to field all the initial calls and the ywill pass these on to you to resolve if needed. The right candidate must have Azure expereinece but will support skills set such as: Exchange 2003 - 2013, Microsoft Active Directory. Microsoft; Core Infrastructure & Desktop, Microsoft SQL, IIS, Web Service, Cloud, Mobile Devices, Virtualisation - Hyper-V, VMware, Networking - LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Experience of working in an ITIL based environment, Excellent customer service skills Experience of Service desk environment Ideally the right candidate will have MCP's or equivalent.
