The Organisation: 

Our client is part of a leading national body that represents Police Officers throughout England and Wales. As a staff association, they influence the development of professional standards, provide advice to Officers and act as a negotiator on all aspects of Officers' pay, allowances, hours, annual leave and pensions.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will gain valuable insight into how the organisation works and how they ensure fair living standards and opportunities for our police force. 

The Role: 

As a Business Support Executive, you'll provide a high level of administrative support to the Managing Director and key Executives. 

In this key role, you will: 

- Develop and maintain record systems 
- Update and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and our client's website 
- Provide support at meetings and/or events 
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and personable manner 
- Present information in PowerPoint, Word documentations and Spreadsheets 
- Occasionally travel to sites throughout the UK to provide support 

About You: 

To join this passionate team, you will need: 

- A degree level qualification 
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills 
- The ability to work well as part of a team 
- A flexible and proactive approach 
- The ability to deal with sensitive and personal information 

Ideally, you'll have a qualification in an IT related discipline, but this is not essential. A driving licence would also be beneficial. 

Our client is eager to hear from candidates who've held the title of, or would like to become an, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrator or Office Administrator.
