Job Ref: DJMA1703 Job Title: Volume Resourcing Partner Location: Multiple roles and locations - Yorkshire (Doncaster), Scotland (Glasgow/Dundee), Wales (Cardiff), South West, (Exeter). Salary: Competitive base salary plus bonus and bens. Working with BT, one of the leading communications companies, serving the broadband, phone, TV and mobile needs of the Customers in the UK and internationally. As the Resourcing Business Partner, you will be the volume resourcing lead and expert within your area, both geographical and skills based. Working in partnership with your stakeholders, through your skills, experience and organisation, you will ensure the business are able to fulfil their volume resourcing requirements with high calibre candidates, whilst delivering an exceptional candidate experience, enhancing the business brand and reputation. Some of the responsibilities will include: - Understand the commercial and resource strategy so that you can your recruitment plan to deliver the right candidates at the right time to deliver organisational success. - Accountable for delivering the hiring requirements of your business areas/locations. - Fulfil 100% of requirements with high calibre candidates in a cost effective and timely way. With plans in place to ensure contingency. - Accountable for the end to end management of the candidate journey (to verbal offer to include keep warm process) making it a great candidate experience. - Build and develop direct candidate pipelines from attraction activities that focus on community engagement and enhancing the employment brand. - Be the expert for volume recruitment in your geography. - Work directly with hiring managers and influence key recruitment decisions that minimise attrition risks and promote fairness and equity in the hiring process. - Lead all on site recruitment events and facilitate all hiring discussions. - Manage the relationship with external suppliers for a specific geography. - Establish successful relationships and work in partnership with stakeholders to fully understand the hiring requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment experience. - Deliver an end to end recruitment service through various sourcing strategies, meeting and exceeding SLAs, measuring effectiveness etc. - Produce relevant MI to support the reporting packs that go up to Board and Director level. - Responsible for all recruitment activity to support 100% fulfilment of hiring requirements. To include receiving work orders, posting roles externally, sifting, screening, facilitation of events and provision of support to enable the best hiring decisions. - Engage with external talent through networking, researching, industry events, and competitor mapping. - Take an innovative and proactive approach to external market intelligence / competitor campaigns. - Facilitate assessment centres and recruitment events, ensuring that best practice is followed 100% of the time. - Maintain governance around recruitment policy and help the business to make robust and evidence based decisions. - Support training for all hiring managers on site on the recruitment process If you are interested in applying for this role, you will have a demonstrable track record working within an in-house, or RPO high volume recruitment environment. Onsite experience of delivering end to end vacancy & candidate management within a large, complex organisation. You will need external candidate attraction experience and a sound understanding of how it works; networking and sourcing candidates and researching candidate pools through job boards, online databases, social media, alumni, referrals etc. With excellent & demonstrable stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within a matrix management environment, you will be used to managing conflicting priorities and workloads within a busy team environment.
