Property Case Handler - Immediate Start £18,820 An exciting opportunity to work for LSL Property Services PLC, one of the United Kingdom's largest Property Management companies, within the Insurance Services department. LSL Property Services PLC is a leading provider of residential services to its customer groups; offering services including estate agencies, lettings, surveying and mortgage advice. The Corporate Client Department are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with previous Property Sales experience to join the highly successful department within Exeter City Centre. Location: Corporate Client Department - Assest Management 1 - 2 Northernhay Place Exeter EX4 3QH Hours: Monday-Friday Hours: 09:00-17:30 Role Purpose: As part of this role you will be responsible for handling a range of properties and their marketing through to sale to a new owner as well as managing third party suppliers who provide services for your properties e.g. Estate Agents, Maintenance Contractors, Surveyors. Further responsibilities include: - Reviewing third party reports, collating information and providing sound recommendations to Clients - Working out the most appropriate marketing plans for the properties in your care - Negotiating best offers with Estate Agents - Liaising with Estate Agents and Solicitors once a sale is agreed, through to completion - Making sure properties are maintained and all costs are accounted for - Ensuring you adopt best practice in everything you do Technical Skills/Competencies/Behaviours: - Sales and Marketing/Administration Processes - Proven customer service skills - Self-motivation & flexibility - Ability to work to deadlines and communicate at a high level - Ability to prioritise own workload and with limited supervision - IT literate Benefits/General Information: - Salary £18,820 - Monday-Friday No Weekends or Evenings - 3 month probation period - 20 days holiday entitlement, not inclusive of Bank Holidays (increases by 1 day per calendar year of service until reaching the 25 day cap) - Pension Scheme - Wide array of tax savings (including Child Care Vouchers, Health Care Plan, Cycle to Work scheme) and employee benefits (including discounted gym memberships, cinema tickets and shopping vouchers) If this sounds like the right role for you, then please apply now and a member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact you N.B - ongoing recruitment may result in not every applicant being contacted
