We are looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to join our HR and Finance Team at our Head Office in Plymouth. You will be involved in a variety of general administrative duties including: management of incoming and outgoing mail; checking and processing documentation; dealing with queries by phone and in person; data entry; administering petty cash and maintenance of filing systems. Your duties will vary from day to day, and throughout your apprenticeship and practical learning you will work closely and be supported by an experienced member of staff.

As part of your training programme you will have the opportunity to complete the following;

-Functional Skills qualifications in English, Mathematics and ICT
-Business and Administration qualification at level 2
-Employment Rights and Responsibilities
-Additional training options could include; First Aid at Work, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Mental Health Awareness

Previous experience is not necessary, but the successful??applicant??will have an interest in the adult social care industry and be able to demonstrate good communication and organisation skills. They will also have good customer service and team working skills and the ability to work flexibly and multi-task to meet the changing needs of the business.

Your working hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break) and you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday entitlement (inclusive of any bank and public holidays) throughout the twelve-month duration of your apprenticeship.
