Lead Generation Sales Manager Medical Consumables Genuine Progression
Experienced Lead Generation Manager required to join the team on a full time and permanent basis in Totnes with real opportunities for the success candidate to progress into either field sales or an office based Team Leader role. This is a demanding and varied role with the previous incumbent having recently left the business after a period of 10 years. The company are looking for a strong candidate that has experienced of outbound lead generation, complaint and enquiry resolution as well as experience providing ongoing support to a field sales team by assisting with quotes, order processing and appointment booking when required. You will have an outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to quickly build a long term rapport with clients. Much of your day will be spent on outbound lead generation and appointment setting for the field sales team through the use of the phone, internet, email, and additional internal tools. The ability to continuously develop your knowledge about how each individual client operates as well as having an up to date knowledge of the constantly changing product availability will be essential to success. Candidates coming from a sales background will need to have proven B2B sales experience and a proven ability to organise both their own workload and that of the wider team. Although the majority of your day will be spent in the office, a full driving licence and own transport is required for some field based duties. Candidates that have experience working within the medical industry (public or private) are of particular interest to my client and will be considered for the role should they have a genuine desire to progress into a long term sales career. The company intend to expand further over the course of the next few years and as such there are real opportunities for the success candidate to progress into either field sales or an office based Team Leader position. ? WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 ? SALARY: You can expect a generous salary of up to £27,500 dependent on experience with on target earnings in the region of £34,500. ?
