We are now seeking to recruit a proven Sales Administrator on a temporary 5 month basis, who can demonstrate experience of working within a similar role for our Plymouth Branch. The key objective for this role is to complete all administrative processes for customers of Toshiba Carrier, fully owning the process from order receipt through to completion of delivery. You will need to demonstrate experience of working within a similar capacity and will have knowledge of sales administration within a distribution environment. Responsibilities will include liaising with customers and engineers, dealing with a large volume of queries and updates, processing sales/purchase orders, control and completion of all relevant paperwork, invoice checking, generating shipping and delivery schedules, challenging tight deadlines and liasing with credit control/Sales Managers. On top of this the Sales Administrator will also be responsible for other adhoc administrative duties.
