My international client has an urgent requirement for an efficient French speaking Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support their busy international customer services team in Exeter. To be considered you MUST have fluent French skills (spoken and written - ideally 1st language) along with exceptional English customer service and administrative skills. This role will best suit a highly organised individual who has a background in a telephone based (business to business) customer service/sales role and is accustomed to handling important clients and accounts. Confident, with a high level of accuracy, accountable and a motivated team member. Duties include, taking orders and entering on the system, organising deliveries and handling any issues or complaints effectively and promptly. A working knowledge of SAP is desirable, although not essential. Strong IT skills are however required. Tate is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
