THE SALARY & HOURS Monday to Thursday 11.00am to 8.00pm; Friday 11.00am to 7.00pm (Early Finish) NO WEEKENDS Trainee Starting Basic Salary: £15,210 per annum Uncapped Commission (upto 25's £14,298) Increasing to: £15,759.32 per annum for all after probation period c.4 months Uncapped Commission Sales Progression Scheme Basic Salary Reviews: Month 7: £17,000 Month 8: £18,000 Month 12: £20,000 Commission: Uncapped Commission paid monthly with realistic opportunity of £30,000 OTE Do not be deterred from applying if you have no experience relating to sales, nearly all of top performing agents are people who had NEVER worked in sales before coming to EMCAS.
