2nd Line Support Role - Exeter
We are currently recruiting for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join a highly successful team on a contract basis, based in Exeter to start as soon as possible. The role will involve being the face of the IT Team, working in a busy service desk environment providing both remote support and desktop support to all users. The role will involve: Exchange Windows Server 2003 - 2012 Active Directory Windows 7 / 8 Application support - CAD Excellent communication skills Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability ITIL VMware This is an excellent opportunity for an initial 6 month contract with a prestigous company which has a high chance of extending for the right candidate.
