We are recruiting an Administrator to provide administration support to our Exeter based delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in the construction industry in an administrative position.

The role covers a range of specific tasks, typical duties include:

Receiving telephone calls taking messages, gathering information and returning calls. back.

  • Liaising with clients by phone, email and letter.
  • Issuing official orders to suppliers and subcontractors via the IT system.
  • Reconciling delivery notes to orders and forwarding to head office.
  • Filing, archiving and general administrative tasks.
  • Collection, checking and submission of timesheets and vehicle returns
  • Monitor vehicle fleet, servicing, MOT’s etc.
  • Manage office supplies ordering as required.
  • Manage project progress to completion.
  • Collate Resident Satisfaction surveys.

This a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday
