Molnlycke Health Care Two Wound Management Account Managers in 2 Wound Management Regions Place: MHC UK- Field Based Position: Wound Management Account Manager Area: UK & Ireland Salary: Circa £35k - £45k DOE Department: Sales Wound Management Reports to: Regional Business Manager Regions: 1: Devon/ Cornwall 2: Lancashire Role: To win and penetrate formularies in defined geographic area and target accounts (Tier 2) as agreed with the Regional Business Manager through the execution of the regional business plan. To support HPM in penetration of Tier 1 account formulary win through clinical engagement and conversion. To drive the acceleration of sales in target accounts through the development of opportunities related to, Wound Management and formulary penetration as well as Pressure Ulcer Preventionin line with territory targets Through proactive management of key customer relations, increase success rate for formularies conversion and formulary penetration. To correctly represent and promote the company's products from both a clinical and commercial perspective across all brands. Develop relationships with all decision makers within the sales process, both clinical and commercial, within any territory account in order to be seen as a trusted advisor and attain high levels of customer loyalty and advocacy. Accurately forecast and predict Tier 2 account sales performance to Regional Business Managers in order to facilitate an accurate Mölnlycke Business Management sales forecast for the UK organisation. The company has a fantastic culture and looks to add committed, passionate people who echo their ethical and compassionate approach to medical sales Key Accountabilities: Develop and grow sales for total territory and strategic products to achieve and exceed sales targets. Create Tier 2 account plans within CRM in order to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identified sales opportunities are inputted and tracked in the GPS CRM system to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, with progress through to closure and implementation to achieve improved win ratio. Effectively plan and prioritise sales activities and customer contact, positioning and demonstrating wound management products to ensure needs are met and fulfilled. Collaborative working with internal business functions to deliver customer focussed commercial proposals and tenders submissions. Secure, manage and support customers with product evaluations / trials for sales opportunities. Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers / focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke portfolio. Develop Local Opinion Leader (LOL) and advocate relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of Mölnlycke. Continuously update of customer data and plan/report activities in the CRM system. Monitor market and competitor insights and report to Regional Business Manager Key Decisions: Sole Decisions taken: - Prioritisation of daily activity to ensure efficient and effective use of selling time on territory. Joint Decisions taken with Regional Business Manager: - Selection of accounts based on priorities and opportunities. - Joint working with HPM - Selection of LOL's to develop for the territory to create a network of advocates. Preparing customer proposals with agreed product and service offer. Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum 3 years sales experience with a proven track record. - Account management experience is highly desirable - Previous acute selling experience desirable. - Background in medical device and/or wound care sales. - Good communication and presentation skills.
