Benefits Manager - SC Cleared
My prestigious client is currently recruiting for a Benefits Manager (must be SC Cleared or hold Basic Clearance) to be based out of their Exeter office. The role will be an initial 6 month contract with the hope that this will be extended based on your performance and business needs in the future. The role will provide the business with a dedicated Benefits Management and Benefits Realisation Management across complex technical and business transformational programmes and projects within the change Portfolio. Duties - Quantification, tracking and reporting of benefits - Working with senior management and facilitating benefits workshops - Generate robust and realistic benefits maps for programmes and projects as well as producing financial business models - Creation of benefits management strategies, benefits and operating cost profiles and benefit realisation plans To be successful you will need the following experience: - Experience having worked in a project management or business change position where a focus of your work has been around benefits management - Have produced benefits maps, benefits management strategies, benefit realisation plans and benefits realisation reports - Experience of producing financial business models that look at non-financial assumptions and model into financial outcomes - Have worked with senior project staff and be able to communicate clearly with these as well as being able to influence this level of management - Have worked in both Business Change and IT change programmes - Experience of end to end programme and project planning If you feel your experience is suitable and you want to be considered please don't hesitate to get in touch.
