The Company: We are looking for a talented and innovative E-commerce Manager to work in the heart of Devon, within a global organisation which distributes to 17 countries. The role will be to oversee a team of 10 staff who actively promote the company's sales channel of 50,0000 product lines via various multi-lingual marketing methods. Job Responsibilities: - Drive the implementation of the Marketing strategy including digital marketing, campaign management, events and PR - Develop and drive a consistent brand strategy across the entire business - Effectively manage the eCommerce and Marketing budget to support the delivery of the overall business objectives - Work closely with the Sales teams to enable them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations - Work closely with the Product team to develop and deliver relevant marketing materials and programs - Analyse and communicate the performance of marketing activities to ensure lessons are learnt and future campaigns are built with these in mind - Manage, develop and motivate the eCommerce and marketing team maintaining a highly positive environment Preferred Skills: - Minimum 5 years experience in a senior marketing business to business environment with a strong focus on eCommerce - Degree educated in a business or marketing related field - Self-motivated with strong people leadership skills and the ability to engage with and inspire those you work with - Experience of hiring, developing, managing and motivating a team - Capable of running and delivering multiple projects on time and within budget - Proven success in delivering successful channel development by deploying agile methods - Strong creative, commercial, analytical and technical skills required to deliver a cross-functional campaigns / programs. - Can effectively influence and negotiate at a senior level to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation - Strong cross functional team working skills with demonstrable evidence of building productive working relationships Personal Attributes: - A committed and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellence - You have the confidence to challenge the norm and the experience to propose and successfully implement new ideas - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to ensure your message is clearly and concisely delivered - Passionate enough to remain patient when a situation / those around you take time to reach your goals Working Hours: 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday To apply, or to find out more information, please click on one of the "apply" buttons Please note that due to a high level of applications, we can only respond immediately to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position.
