Our client is looking for a HR Transactions Manager to join their Exeter based Human Resources and Personnel team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Client Details Our client is a well established business based in Exeter, boasting an exciting and varied hands on management role, within a fast paced environment. Description The role of the HR Transactions Manager will include but will not be limited to: Lead and support the HR Administration and Payroll team Work within SLAs for employees and managers Offering advice and assistance to managers and employees Maintain the systems with any changes Review and update the HR processes and procedures Support the Payroll Team Leader with the processing of payrolls for a large number of employees Ensure the company adheres to legislation Pre-employment screening On-boarding Oversee the recruitment process Co-ordinate the HR team regarding grievances and disciplinaries Reward and benefits review Profile The chosen candidate for the HR Transactions Manager will display the following skills and attributes: Previous exposure to a similar role Strong management skills - leading and motivating a transnational HR function Previous exposure to payroll Process improvement exposure Strong prioritisation skills Exposure to a fast paced and high volume role Job Offer 12 month Fixed Term Contract - Exeter based - Strong team manager required - Competitive salary This job was originally posted as
