Digital User Researcher - NHS
Digital User Researcher required for 6 months in Exeter to undertake research against a specific areas of interest including: Understanding the needs of healthcare professionals working across Urgent and Emergency Care including, ambulance paramedics, 111 call handlers, out of hours GPs and integrated urgent care professionals. Identifying the priority needs of these professionals in terms of gaining access to and updating healthcare `service information`. Key experience: Experience of conducting user research and usability testing Experience and understanding of the UCD lifecycle Experience of planning programmes of research Demonstrated experience of communicating research at all levels Experience of working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams A range of research approaches including both quantitative and qualitative with a design research / user experience focus Full lifecycle from designing research program, recruiting, conducting research, analysing and communicating Research with diverse populations, including vulnerable people User research in a fast-paced, agile environment Experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods including generative interviews, lab-based usability testing, moderated and unmoderated usability testing, card-sorting, analytics and surveys Previous experience within government or other public services This requirement has been deemed OUT Scope by the Contracting Body.
