We are working with a group company, who are a leading provider of process and technology solutions for complex and regulated markets. We are representing an award-winning and leading marketing services company based in the Exeter area. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to work alongside one of the Directors. The role is to proactively own, manage and develop key accounts, focussing on building a strong relationship, positive outcomes and results for the clients. Daily you will drive the development of proposals covering recommendations of a range of data and digital products and solutions. You will interpret the briefs, applying strong judgement in drawing out clear and explicit requirements, making effective commercial and pricing decisions, managing the client’s expectations and overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services and working closely with the operational and delivery teams across the business. To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in managing several clients at once. You will have fantastic communication skills and feel comfortable speaking either face to face or phone. On top of this you need to be calm under pressure, organised so you can work on multiple projects at once and excellent problem-solving skills. You’ll be an integral part of the business where your individual contribution makes a difference.
