Benefits Realisation Manager (Change Portfolio)
Our Public Sector client is currently looking to recruit a Benefits Realisation Manager (Change Portfolio) to work across a complex technical and business transformational programme and projects within the Change Portfolio. Within this exciting and challenging role you will be required to: - Provide hands on Benefits Management and Benefits Realisation Management development support - Identify, quantify, track and report of benefits - Work with Programme Managers, Project Managers and Business Change Managers, facilitating Benefits Workshops - Develop robust and realistic benefit maps - Develop financial business models that also model non-financial assumptions into financial outcomes - Create and maintain benefit management strategies - Provide support during business case development - Facilitate benefits review workshops As well as experience in the above you will also be able to identify and map dependencies and work with in change / programme environments that are working to MSP, Prince2 and HM Treasury Green Book. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in performance measurement, worked on transformational programmes in the Public Sector and have experience in the development and creation of Treasury Green Book 5 Case Model Business Cases.
