The client is a leading service provider driving healthcare strategies to deliver measurable outcomes in Diabetes, Respiratory and Cardiovascular disease areas. The exciting roles working in the Respiratory and Cardiovascular disease support healthcare professionals/patients to make informed decisions about treatment pathways. Working in partnership with the NHS in primary care you will deliver a unique nursing programme which will focus closely on driving best practice, delivering excellent patient care and improving patient outcomes As a specialist nurse advisor with an intimate understanding of national treatment guidelines, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals to deliver the most up to date care for their patients. Qualifications: Essential: First Level Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Registered. The Person/Experience: This role will suit a patient focused NMC registered nurse who can demonstrate experience of working in these specialist area. This role is home based and involves responsibility for a defined geographical area and so demands excellent planning & organisational skills along with confident driving.
