Client Details Our client is a leading provider of clothing nationally within a B2B environment. Description As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following; - Achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration from your portfolio of accounts within your territory. The territory which you will be assigned if successful would be Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. - You will ensure that you are adding value to your portfolio of clients. - Driving new business within your territory from existing accounts and bringing on new accounts. - Securing orders from new and existing customers. - Regular visits to all customers ensuring they are receiving a high level of service. - Developing clear and effective business proposals for clients. - Devising a strategy for your territory to ensure continued growth. - Working effectively with the wider teams and departments. - Visiting trade shows on a regular basis to develop your personal network. Profile - Strong background within sales, preferably working for a couple of different companies. - Able to demonstrate new business and account management skills. - Strong communication skills. - Relationship management skills are imperative. - Good written communication skills. - Clean driving licence. Job Offer Basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 with company car and commission scheme.
