We are currently recruiting for a Support Services Team Leader for our Gallery Café, based at Brixham Lab. You will be responsible for the operation of a Catering Outlet, which is open to both internal and external customers, ensuring that a customer focused efficient service is given, taking ownership of all tasks that commensurate within.

The successful candidate will need to be Training in Food Hygiene & Handling and has a RSH Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate. You will need to have experience of working in a busy and varied food preparation environment and have experience of using a cash till operation. We are looking for someone who has detailed knowledge of commodities and cooking, has food hygiene awareness and is able to market services and products.
